Shipping Policy
We are a small, early-stage hardware brand currently fulfilling pre-orders. This page describes what shipping looks like for our first wave of customers.
Where we ship
For our initial release, Exhaven ships to addresses in the continental United States. We plan to expand to additional countries once initial production stabilizes. If you are outside the US and want to be notified when we ship to your region, email hello@exhaven.com.
When your order will ship
You are buying into a pre-order. The honest answer is: our products have not yet been manufactured at the time of your purchase. We are working through hardware iteration, certification, and initial production runs.
We will provide regular email updates on production progress and shipping estimates as they become clearer. When your devices are ready to ship, you will hear from us first.

Shipping cost
For Founder pre-orders, standard ground shipping within the continental US is included in the product price. We will not add shipping charges later.
Expedited shipping options may be offered at the time of fulfillment for an additional cost.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier's website.
Risk of loss
Title to your products passes to you when we hand them to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss during transit is covered by the carrier (and by us, in the sense that we will work with you to make it right). If your package is lost in transit, contact hello@exhaven.com and we will help open a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement.
Damaged or defective shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or if the device inside is defective, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@exhaven.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Undeliverable addresses
If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. You may be responsible for the additional shipping cost in this case.
Changes to your shipping address
You can update your shipping address by emailing hello@exhaven.com with your order reference, as long as your order has not yet shipped.
